Police seeking missing teen who disappeared from school dance

I would encourage this girl's family to contact Team Hope at 1-866-305-HOPE. Team Hope is an organization of parents of missing children helping other parents of missing children. They can offer trememdous support and worthwhile suggestions. They are directly responsible for finding my daughter a few years ago.

Hope all turns out well. Seems to me she run-off with someone. Hard to think a gal would hurt her folks like that.

I too hope she is found safe, but I can't help think that Orane sky vol fan just might be right on this one. Sounds like she ran off with someone, probably a boyfriend of legal age or older. If you think about it, if she didn't run off with somebody, why would she go inside the foyer of the school but not go on in, sounds like she went as far as the foyer so dad would see her going into the bldg, but then she stopped and waited for whoever was coming to pick her up. I hope I am wrong, but something sounds fishy here. I wish the best for this family.

I know this is hard on you and your family. I had something like this happen with my sister except she got with the wrong crowd and ran away from home. The only difference is she just turned 18 and said they couldn't do anything. We never heard from her for over a year. She was ok, but not hearing from her for a year worried us like crazy. My prayers are with your family. Hope she is found and is ok.

Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers. Every effort is being made to locate Harlee. The Sheriff's Department is heavily involved and is investigating every possible avenue in order to locate Harlee. My son attended the same dance Saturday, as they are only 1 year apart in age. He stated he never saw his cousin at the dance. Harlee and my son often ride the school bus home at the end of the day and my son offered a new piece of information this morning that will certainly be looked into.

I'm curious is her daddy Scott by any chance? Me and my hubby worked with him, and they came to our wedding, but i hadn't seen them in about 8 years. Either way, if its her or not I pray she'll be O.K. If it is Scott please tell him me and Walt are praying for them.

She has been gone for two days. I am very worried for her and hope that she can be located soon. My prayers are with the family.
